Ordered on 3rd December web site it would be delivered on the 6th. When it didn't come and I emailed to ask for a delivery I was told email had been sent on the 4th to say it would not be delivered to the 16th. Did not receive email and poor web site.
On a positive product arrived on the 14th and was as ordered.
