I have not recieved my order (#4033744) which was due over a week ago. I contacted your customer services and was given a revised delivery and again it did not arrive, after emailing your customer services a second time yesterday of the failure I am now waiting to hear what is happening.
I asked for tracking information, but was told there wasnt one as it will be made by your distributers van.
However your web site claims to use dpd or royal mail with tracking?
I understand we are all working in unusual and difficult times, but feel a little communication goes a long way.
I just want a delivery date that can be made so I am not left hanging in expectation!
