Product arrived promptly. It was however defective. I called Tradetaps and spoke to Tim the manager who said we should send a photo. Upon receipt of the photos I was sent a curt email being told I needed to tell them of issues within 24 hours of delivery. Both unreasonable and I'm sure not legal?
I contacted abode (the manufacturer) direct who have sent me a replacement. They were brilliant.
Shoddy, duplicit and lazy.
What a shame.
