The support is professional. I had a lot of questions, but they were patient and gave me everything I needed to know. I have never met such a platform before, and that's why I had a lot of questions. At first, the platform seemed not very convenient, but after explanations, I figured it out. It's a really cool platform, but it took me some time to adapt. However, it is better to understand once and work quickly than to suffer daily. People from the Support Service are patient and try to explain everything in a straightforward and accessible way.
