I placed an order online and paid in full straight away. I was then sent a follow-up email confirming my order and payment, I was told someone will be in touch with me regarding a delivery date. After a few days, I HAD to chase up regarding my delivery! to be told to wait and someone will be in touch. No one got in touch, Adrian(the owner) is useless, his non-responsive attitude is not good customer service. I then receive an email from Adrian 4 days later at 22:30 that my order can not be fulfilled or would be in the near future as they do not have all the items in stock. I believe Adrian did this as I kept chasing him and emailing him asking for an update. I have all correspondence emails if ANYONE would like to see them just ask. Tradeline and Adrian(the Owner) held my money for 4 days and wasted my time. I could have ordered from elsewhere and had the items delivered within the time it took for Adrian to reply to an email. I understand the current situation with COVID-19 and all the difficult times all businesses are going through, BUT BE WARNED THIS COMPANY IS NOT SHY OF TAKING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND HOLDING ON TO IT AND THEN TELL YOU THEY DONT HAVE YOUR ITEMS IN STOCK, EITHER THOUGH THEIR WEBSITE SHOWS THE ITEMS IN STOCK. JUST CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY ITS TAKEN 4/5 DAYS FOR SOMEONE TO LET ME KNOW. DONT BOTHER GIVING THEM YOUR MONEY. LOOKS LIKE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH A BAD REVIEW TO LEAVE HERE PLEASE RESEARCH THE NET TO SEE OTHERS OPINIONS!
