It's well-known that Trade markets has lots of clients, but still, I expect them to answer me a bit more quickly. This happens mainly during rush hours, but everybody knows there are rush hours. I hope they will hire some more representatives. After all, the answering speed issue is the only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5.
