Trademark Grabber screwed me out of $700 in August of 2023 and I know now that they never applied to the USPTO. In the beginning, they just kept assuring me that after a year or so, my application would be accepted by the USPTO and everything would be okay but then stopped communicating with me. Needless to say, I never heard from the USPTO. I am a low-income senior artist and the Trademark I applied for was for a slogan I was going to use for a special collection of photographs I was going to sell on Etsy. Trademark Grabber shattered my hopes and dreams and ruined my last chance to make some extra money to survive.
