I contacted several so-called "recovery" firms after being hit by a rug pull on a DeFi platform, but the majority only demanded payments without providing a clear plan. They were able to get a respectable amount of my Ethereum, however it took some time. These people genuinely know what they're doing if you're in the cryptocurrency space and have been conned.
