After passing stage 1 risk review of a challenge it was said that I would receive my stage 2 login credentials after 24 hours. It is now going on two weeks! No responses in any support chat, and I received an email response ignoring the fact that it’s been two weeks, no apology either just telling me to wait 3 more business days. Disappointing customer support and makes me question whether or not I would even want to be funded by them. Better off staying with the big firms of TPT, FTMO etc
