“I was informed by this company that a recent transaction had been successfully completed; however, the funds never appeared in my bank account. When I contacted my bank, they confirmed that there was no record of the deposit—no receipt, no rejection, and no indication that a transfer had even been attempted. As a result, both my bank’s fraud department and REREVARIS launched a full investigation. Their findings clearly indicated that no transaction had ever been initiated on your end. Only after this investigation was concluded was I finally able to recover the missing funds.
