Two weeks have passed since I made my withdrawal request, and I have yet to get the money in my bank account. The money in my wallet mysteriously vanished shortly after I made the request. I chose to contact ROCKPILEL because I was fed up with the lack of communication and updates. Fortunately, they assisted me in getting the money back. Although I'm glad the matter was ultimately settled, I was disappointed by the length of time and the lack of openness.
