Highly recommend. I ordered the wrong size beam ( my fault) and Traditional Beam customer service sent me a correct size one very quickly and with minimum fuss. As soon as they received the wrong sized beam I sent back, my money was immediately refunded. My new beam now sits proudly above my fireplace and is often commented on by visitors .
