I was seeking a D.M.V. approved mature driving course to help me obtain a discount on my insurance. The Traffic Safety Institute has a very clear website, easy to navigate and understand. No personal or payment info is required until the course is completed to receive your certificate! The course itself is untimed, has an audio feature and allows for repeated attempts to successfully pass the multiple choice quizzes. I've been driving a long time and I still learned new things. Each section of the courses are very informative.
