Absolutely fuming with Merthyr store I bought a free standing fire today from this store came home to open the package with my 8yr old grandson to find a money bag with 8 roll up fags I’m fuking I suffer with anxiety so this is making it worse I phoned customer service at 16.45 to be told the manager would phone me back I’m still waiting for the call I will be taking this further I would like someone to get back to me regards Mrs bruton
