When northern rail were on strike between Newcastle and middlesbrough the train line app didn't provide me as a customer relavent information that the trains were on strike. When I reported this matter to train line and asked to be refunded for my ticket they emailed saying that the fault doesn't belong to them and that I had to seek compensation from northern rail. They aren't very helpful and I felt disrespected by this company.
