I couldn't be more satisfied.
In the past I have made the two trips myself to the Chinese visa centre in London.
This time my itinerary was a little unusual as I do not just have a straightforward return air fare and hotel booking, but I talked a couple of times to your staff on the phone before sending the information, who were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
The visa then duly arrived back to me without any hassle. Thank you.
