I needed an urgent business travel visa for an unexpectedly arranged meeting in Beijing. The usual application process would not be completed in time, so I needed a faster alternative. I called them briefly to confirm a small detail on the procedure for sending and returning the application, which was handled very efficiently. The whole process went through very smoothly indeed. I received my passport (complete with shiny new visa) slightly ahead of the schedule which was great. I was informed via email as soon as the visa was granted and received my passport back at 9:00am the next morning.
