I can't thank travel direct enough for all their help. I had an invitation letter in Chinese which I emailed to the company as I could not get any response to emails or phone calls to the visa centers. Travel direct highlighted a couple of issues with the letter and I was able to get an updated version. The company took this letter their local visa center and had it checked and they quickly let me know it was ok. I would recommend this company as they are so helpful and the cost is the same as sending an application to the visa center.
