Travel-direct have been helpful, even before the application was made. If you have questions though, it would be best knowing that you need at least 24hrs for a call-back, so list all of your questions written down before-hand.
Very professional service and you'll be notified of your visa success or fail once they know.
I do recommend Travel-Direct to anyone wishing to get a visa quicker than the other channels available.
