I had a few questions before sending the completed form to Travel Direct which were answered easily on the phone. When I called, they were busy and they phoned me back within a couple of hours. Having submitted all of the required information, the staff had a couple of additional questions to ask me, which were dealt with easily on the phone again. We sent the passports on Thursday of week one (recored, they arrived on the Friday) and they were back with us on Tuesday of week 3. Bearing in mind there were two weekends in the time frame, we were very pleased with the service and would recommend.
