I live in the South and quite frankly I was completely confused by the on-line process and did not want to send our passports and a lot of money to some random organisation in Central London without a personal contact. My first e-mail to Travel-Direct was a sounding board, I got a quick personal reply from a named person and was very pleased by the service. Got the passports back within 5 days as promised. Not the cheapest but certainly not the most expensive. The personal touch means a lot to me.
