Very pleased with the service. Called a couple of times before submitting visa applications and staff very helpful. The process was smooth and efficient and took 5 working days from sending applications to receiving visas as stated on the website - the visas even arrived on a Saturday! The fees were very reasonable compared to other handling agents and well worth paying the handling charge as it saved us the time and expense of 2 trips in to the Chinese visa centre in London. All in all very satisfied and would highly recommend this agency.
