We were a bit nervous sending passports and money to a company we had never dealt with before - however Travel Direct UK advised us when they had received our applications etc which was very reassuring and they sorted our visas for China out very quickly and efficiently and rang and e-mailed us to advise us that they had been posted back to us and when we should actually receive them - which we did the next day.
All in all we are very pleased with the service and would certainly recommend them to others and use them again ourselves. :)
