I had just returned from Korea so was unable to obtain a visa for China due to the short period of time between my visits and the autumn festival. I was really impressed with the swift response provided by Travel Direct UK. Also the fact that they were willing to speak on the phone and look at the scanned paperwork and advise before submitting the originals was a real bonus.
