I obtained a visa from Travel Direct in April 2017 but had my passport stolen so had to apply for another. Travel Direct pulled out all the stops, rang me to advise on further information that I had missed from my application and got the new one to me in under a week. A brilliant service that took a lot of trouble to ensure my satisfaction. I can't recommend this company highly enough!
