I was very surprised at the speed of the sevice offered by Travel Direct. I applied for two Visa shortly before my departure and was worried they wouldn't arrive on time. I spoke to a woman over the phone who was very polite (a pleasant contrast from the rude airline provider) and she assured me the Visa would arrive within five days. The next few days were a bit anxiety inducing but lo and behold, five days later and they arrived.
All in all I'm very happy.
