I found everything very clear and easy to understand and was impressed by the speedy answers I got to my emailed queries as I went through the process of preparing applications both for a chinese and a russian visa. The service for the Chinese visa was very quick and efficient and we were kept updated from start to finish - it only took a few days and it was issued. Thank you - that was easy! We need to attend the visa service office for the Russian visa in person but your information and help on line was excellent so thank you for that too!
