The agents answered all my queries about the visa application over the phone very promptly and accurately. They reviewed my application on line before I posted it which was very reassuring. Having posted the application the whole process took less than five days. I was very pleased with the way in which Travel Direct managed the whole process and they were considerably cheaper than other agencies.
