I telephoned about applying for a Chinese visa and was given very good / accurate advice. I completed the forms which i scanned over for Travel Direct UK Ltd to check ( which they did very quickly ) and then posted my passport and forms to them and got the visa back within a week. Fantastic service, saving me the stress of having to travel to the visa centre.
