I was having really trouble getting my visa and only had about 10 days until I left for shanghai - they sorted everything out for me even changing the address of the return envelope and telling me when it have been delivered, sent in, accepted and being posted back - would recommend to anyone. Especially because it's quite a difficult prosses.
