My first visa application ever. Travel-Direct was very helpful with every single question and replying fast. Took about a week for me to have my visa since application sent and seemed to be the cheapest alternative I found to visas for China. My only complaint would be that the first time they have contacted me after receiving the application, I only had a missed call, no voicemail left, no email sent, glad I picked up the following day as I am unsure they would have tried contacting me further.. So my advice on what could be improved: please send emails and leave voicemails regarding visa applications! Vert satisfied in general and would recommend to anyone who needs a visa to China.
