I thought I'd completed all the forms but missed out a couple of parts, I received an E mail and a telephone call later was all sorted. Prior to the return of the passports I received another email mail to say they were on their way. I am glad I chose travel direct as the company my travel agents recommended had very bad reviews and were a lot more expensive! Good service at a sensible price!
