Very fast service even though I selected a normal turnaround. Staff phoned me to let me know the passports had arrived safely and then again to tell they had despatched them.
The price of this service was a lot cheaper than other organisations offering the same service - especially those recommended by Cruise Companies. Travel Direct gave a top marks service and I thoroughly recommend them.
