At first I was a bit sceptical about sending my passport by mail. I followed the instructions on the website by printing out the provited papers and filling them in best I could. Transferred the money via internet banking and send it all off to the address also provided on the website. I had forgotten to include an envelope for the return of my passport and I got an email from them informing me about this and given me options of how to return it. I send the an other envelope with a return envelope. I got my passport back with my new Chinese visa in it within a week. Very pleased with the quick service. Kim bainbridge
