Excellent service, they emailed me to let me know the visa had been granted and my passport was back in the post. The turnaround was really quick.
I had a couple of questions prior to sending in my application, I called out of hours at the weekend and left a voicemail. They returned my call first thing Monday morning and answered my questions.
