Travel Direct did exactly what they said they would on their website.
Just a couple of additions to their procedures would be helpful:
1. Email and/or text the customer upon receipt of their passport and documents indicating all is well with the forms and give an estimated date the passport with visa will be returned.
2. On your website create an application form question by question guide on filling out the form. I had to use another companies website for this information.
