MAIN ISSUE - and it is important. I prepaid the return of my documents by FedEx. Travel-Direct told me the I had to arrange the FedEx pickup from their office. This took in effect two extra days of organizing, international phone calls etc. Why couldn't they just pick up the phone to FedEx themselves?
