Never having used a visa agency before I was a bit apprehensive but I needn't have been.
The staff at Travel Direct were exceedingly helpful and explained everything fully. I sent
away all the necessary documentation and my passport and visa arrived back as promised.
I recommended Travel Direct to my friend for our trip and she duly used them. Would
highly recommend them for obtaining visas to China/Russia.
