They changed the Athens leg to the flight so we had to do a 27hour layover in Abu Dhabi. We were screwed by their customer service agent.
You need a visa if staying in UAE for over 24 hour but we weren't informed of this.Were refused at the airport and had to rebook losing thousands of dollars in the due to last minute cancellations of hotels ferries etc. And lost the airfares.
Please don't touch these guys. Their customer service stinks and they shift blame and responsibility.
