Shocking service. Shame I cant give "Zero Stars". Be careful and I suggest you use an alternative company that is reliable and wont try and rip you off. Be careful that when you book flights they are not actually booked and they will try and fob you off with cheap alternatives and if you don't agree they will just say "We will give you your money back" , which is not an option a few weeks before the holiday. I had to go through a really length complaints procedure and get ABTA and other involved but eventually they gave us what we paid for. AVOID AVOID AVOID
