I wish I could give them a 0 star. This company is a scam!! They are fraudsters!! Nick is a bully and rude. I deposited in April for December travel. I made all payments, and they even charged extra before the deadline. Nick issued the itinerary, and two days before the departure, my tickets were cancelled. I was traveling with six children, and it was their first time. They were devastated! They couldn't eat or sleep. They missed school the next day. My disabled son cried, and we couldn't control him. I was distressed. I called KLM, and they confirmed the tickets were voided, not cancelled, and I should contact the agent. I called them after trying 50x. To cut a long story short, they couldn't provide the flight, and The so-called NICK was so rude and a bully. I recorded every conservation from the time they cancelled it. They refunded my money the same day. But I still will not let them go free!! They are scammers!! If you don't want any mental distress please, please don't buy from them
