Simon at the Diss branch was extremely helpful and friendly, he talked me through the reason for my tyre loosing pressure, not a puncture as suspected but a leaking valve seal. He went on to explain the unevan tyre wear and how a simple adjustment of the tracking would prevent further excessive wear, each step of his work was carried out in a professional manner and I was made to feel welcome and respected through out.
