This is a broker that you can talk to… I appreciate the level of support they provide.
I have contact them multiple times, and the customer support team was always helpful. Also, it's pretty quick to reply, although I used email. I prefer reaching support via email to have proof of communication when I want to clarify certain details, and I recommend everyone do the same. About the chat, I don’t know if they consider it as an official channel of communication. Many brokers don’t.
Anyway, I wanted to say that Tredero has excellent customer support. 👍
