False advertising (advertised prices change when you check out). Dreadful, unresponsive and, on occasion, rude customer services who take no accountability for deliveries and just blame their courier. Ended up cancelling order that never arrived and was then told I'd have to wait for the bike to arrive back at Tredz for a refund. I'm not returning a bike - I never received the bike, despite waiting two weeks! Will never use Tredz again - avoid at all costs.
