Awful. I ordered a bike from Tredz, the website said the bike would be dispatched in 5-6 days. I received no updates in regard to my order, so i messaged them on livechat. They informed me that there was a delay from the supplier and that my bike would not be dispatched for two months. They knew about the delay from the supplier, but didn't think to update the website, or update me about my order. Woeful service.
