This is my third bad experience with Tredz and there’s a clear pattern — they’ll do everything possible to avoid their obligations, from mis-selling to dodging warranty and consumer rights issues. They might sell lifestyle products, but they behave more like back-alley used car salesmen. If you want honest service and reliable aftersales support, look elsewhere.
