I had a e-mail from a tree surgeon within 24 hours. That was followed up with a visit to assess the scale of the task and a written quote (including evidence: insurance certificate; qualifications) the following day. I went ahead with the quote and am very satisfied with completed job. The tree was taken down safely, efficiently and removed completely - leaving the site tidy. The whole process has been good.
