Really unimpressed with the service Treekit have given us. Item was purchased from website on 20/03/23 nothing arrived, chased on 27/03/23 only to be told the original price was incorrect & we would have to pay more to have the item. managed to negotiate a reasonable price & was promised item would arrive on 30/03/23, nothing & no calls. Chased again on 03/04/23 hadn't even left the warehouse. Have now been promised item will arrive 04/04/23 but we will see. Will never use this company again.
