As I am getting old (almost 62), my eczema is getting worse in the summer due to the hot and sweaty weather. Most of eczema cream does not work for me because they have paraben or steroid which makes the problem worse.
So far only Tremotyx seems to help in stopping the flare-ups. I carry it with me all the time and use it whenever I feel like my skin is about to act up. The product does work well on my skin - the drawback is the tube is pretty small.
