Ordering was straight forward. Item arrived shortly afterwards. Able to collect from local shop on a Sunday (which was helpful).
Driving licence details taken before item was handed over which was a bit time consuming, I would have thought showing your licence to proved i.d. would have been enough as I also had the order print out with me.
Seems Triads are very thorough.
Wouldn't stop me using this service again though.
